we arrived back in Dar Es Salaam this afternoon after our trip through Udzungwa National Park and Mikumi National Park. Bittersweet leaving Hanga...now we are off to Zanzibar for three nights tomorrow!
more pics to come when time allows. we are out at the "mall" in Dar right now just to see another side of this city. pretty shocking after 3 weeks outside of a major city. After the mall we are heading out on a mission to find an Indian restaurant for dinner tonight to celebrate Izzy's 19th bday!

You have no idea how GOOD it was to hear from you!! As a Mom, I was beginning to worry after not hearing anything for almost a week....no surprise to Kayla, I'm sure!!! Sorry, Kayla!! Anyway, I was thrilled to see an update. Have a fantastic time in Zanzibar and "Happy 19th Birthday, Izzy!" God bless you all, enjoy the time left in Africa and I'LL SEE YOU ON FRIDAY, KAYLA!!!!!!!
